Online Seminar

The online seminar is about 15 minutes long. It provides you with information about surgery options; what to expect before, during and after surgery; nutrition counseling; and insurance information.

Next Steps

  1. As you review the surgical options you just learned about, it’s important to discuss them with your family and determine the best way for you to achieve your goals together.
  2. After watching the seminar, complete and submit the prescreening assessement form. A member of our team will contact you to review insurance coverage and schedule your first consultation. Please allow 3-4 business days for insurance to be verified.
  3. During your first visit, you will meet with Dr. Berghoff or Dr. Mourot. You will also meet with one of our registered dietitians and a patient care coordinator.
